2026 Christmas Giving applications are available, see link below.  Any Family residing in the Portland School district that may need assistance or knows of someone in need should fill out an application.
Christmas Giving will be Wednesday December 16th, 2026 at the
Knights of Columbus Hall in Portland MI

In 2025 we helped over 92 families and 138 kids have a wonderful Christmas. 
We helped 183 adults in our community eat a healthy meal by giving out bags of food.
We helped 17 students in the PACE program.

Any family residing in the Portland School District that may need assistance or anyone who knows of someone who could use extra assistance should fill out an application.

We Need Your Help Collecting Food and Donating Gifts for Children

Select a Tag or Adopt a Family
  Your gift will be bring joy to a child this Christmas.  Trees are located throughout Portland and at all local churches.

 Stuff a Bag.
Your donation along with the perishable items (turkey, milk) purchased by PCFA will provide a complete Christmas dinner to families in need of assistance that live in the Portland School District.  

• Bisquick, Jiffy Mix, or Muffin Mix
• Instant potatoes and/or Instant Rice
• Gravy or Gravy Mix
• Stuffing (e.g., Stove Top)
• Canned vegetables: carrots, corn, green beans
• Fruit: canned fruit or fruit cups
• Desserts: brownie mix, cookie mix, or Jell-O & Pudding mix & cups
• Peanut butter
  

Please note that items not used will be donated to local food programs.

Donations (gifts and food) must be returned by Monday, Dec 7th, 2026 to the Portland Community Fund donation boxes located at:
