We still have form applications for the Portland Community Fund's Christmas Giving Program available at the local schools, churches, Portland City Hall, Portland Area Service Group, Tom's Pharmacy, Portland apartments and the Portland District Library.
Any family residing in the Portland School District that may need assistance or anyone who knows of someone who could use extra assistance should fill out an application. Applications must be returned by Tuesday November 17, 2020

Christmas Application

 NEW 2020 – Appointment Only (Drive Thru Pick Up) & Proof of Guardianship. 
Gifts will be pre-bagged and loaded into your vehicle by a PCFA volunteer, You will remain in your vehicle.
All applicants must make an appointment for pickup through the Signup Genius link

All applicants must provide the following  documentation at check-in:
            Applicant’s photo ID Proof of residency, those requesting gifts need proof of guardianship.
Document to include applicant & child’s name & child’s birth date {birth certificate or DHS are ideal}). If Photo ID has current address listed, this will count as proof of residency. 
PCFA will send out acknowledgements to applicants via email or mailed to the address you provided the first week of December providing further details about Christmas pick up on THURSDAY, Dec 17th  at the Church of the Nazerene 9466 Cutler Road Portland MI 48875

We Need Your Help Collecting Food

The Portland Community Fund Association is again collecting non-perishable food donations for the Christmas Giving Program. Your donation along with the perishable items (turkey, milk) purchased by PCFA will provide a complete Holiday dinner to families in need of assistance that live in the Portland School District.   Stuff a Bag

-Stove Top Stuffing
-Instant Potatoes / Rice
-Gravy / Gravy Mix / Broth
-Can Vegetables
-Can Fruit
-Bisquick / Jiffy Mix
-Boxes of Instant Jell-O / Pudding
Please note that items not used will be donated to the Portland Food Banks.

Donations (gifts and food) must be returned by Dec 10, 2020 to the Portland Community Fund donation boxes located at City Hall, Tom's Food Center, Any Portland Public School Building, St. Patrick's School, or any Local Church. We appreciate your help!
